- 3.Write one fair, strong counterargument to a claim you personally hold, stated as an actual opponent would state it.
- 4.Write a specific rebuttal to that counterargument, engaging its strongest point directly.
- 5.Explain in two or more sentences why conceding a partial point in a counterargument can make a rebuttal more convincing, not less.
